David has had over 30 years business management experience, including the last 15 years working in immigration. During this time he has helped hundreds of clients apply successfully for Sponsor Licences and has continued working with many of those clients, carrying out compliance audits and providing expert support for those whose licences were at risk of being revoked.
David has worked with many Tier 4 colleges providing guidance on how best to meet strict UKVI compliance requirements, covering the whole end to end process from international student recruitment through to graduation and making sure all record keeping, migrant reporting and student activity meets the UKVI's expectations.
He works with an increasing number of corporate clients, advising on the Sponsor Licence impact of company mergers, how to maintain UKVI compliance across multi-site operations, supporting the visa applications of many overseas professionals, under the Skilled Worker visa route (formerly Tier 2).
He provides extensive support for companies with Intra-Company Transfer visa requirements, making sure complex UKVI guidance is consistently met. He also regularly provides visa advice for high net worth individuals who are customers of David's corporate clients - particularly the Tier 1 Investor route, the Sole Representative of an Overseas Business route and the Tier 1 Entrepreneur route (now closed to new entrants). He also works across the hospitality and healthcare sectors providing both Sponsor Licensing and Visa management guidance and support.
As an OISC regulated immigration adviser, David is well-versed with the UK immigration laws and has an in-depth understanding of the changing immigration policies, post-Brexit.
